We dispatch products every working day – Monday to Friday. Excluding UK public holidays. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being made.
All products are sent by standard delivery and should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Who will be delivering my goods?
We use couriers for both domestic and international shipments. For all international shipments, please allow time for goods to clear customs. Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, therefore please provide us with a physical address.
I need my goods re-directed but I am unable to do this via the courier, can you help?
We would advise that you contact our customer service department on +44 1206 580999, please have your order number to hand and an alternative delivery address.
What happens to my goods if I am not in when delivery is attempted?
If you are out when the courier calls they will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. The courier will only attempt delivery three times before goods are returned to us. If you fail to arrange a suitable re-delivery before the goods are returned, we will charge an additional shipping charge to resend the goods.
